Led by Chris Dillon, an APA-accredited Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, our clinic takes a personalised approach to every patient — whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, returning from surgery, managing a concussion, or simply working to stay strong and mobile.
We treat a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, post-operative knee and shoulder rehabilitation, concussion management, and general musculoskeletal complaints.
Our services include dry needling (IMDN), biomechanical assessment, return-to-sport testing, and individualised exercise programming delivered through video-guided digital platforms.
No referral is required, and we welcome private patients as well as those under Medicare Chronic Disease Management, WorkCover Queensland, and DVA.

Yes, we welcome junior and adolescent athletes. Treatment is tailored to the individual’s age, stage of development, and the demands of their sport.
Please bring comfortable clothing suitable for movement and assessment, any relevant scans or medical reports, a list of current medications, and your referral (if applicable).

Initial consultations are typically longer to allow time for a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Follow-up appointments are generally shorter and focus on progressing your rehabilitation, providing hands-on treatment, and updating your exercise program as needed.
Yes. Telehealth consultations are available for suitable conditions, allowing you to receive professional physiotherapy advice, exercise guidance, and rehabilitation support from the comfort of your home.
